Who can participate?

  • To qualify, the student must be a college-bound senior planning a future career in mental health. This could include a career in counseling, social work, or medicine.
  • Entrance is limited to students from Noble, DeKalb, Steuben, & LaGrange counties in Indiana.
  • Each entrant should complete an essay of 1,000 words or less focusing on one or both of the following themes:
    • “What in my life has motivated me to pursue a career in mental health?”
