NORTHEASTERN CENTER APPOINTS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Northeastern Center would like to welcome Adam Kurtz to the Northeastern Center Executive Team as its new Chief Financial Officer! Kurtz stepped into the role in February after former CFO Jerry Stoner stepped down in the first quarter of 2024.

Kurtz is a local East Noble graduate who comes to Northeastern Center with an extensive background in Finance, specifically in a Not-For-Profit and healthcare environment. He graduated from Trine University with his bachelor’s in accounting and business management. He has worked as an Auditor for Crowe in Indianapolis focusing on Not-For-Profit Healthcare organizations and cost report certifications. He also worked for Parkview Health as their Finance Manager over Emergency Departments, Lab & Imaging, and Inpatient Providers.

Kurtz is eager to get to work and had this to say about joining the Northeastern Center: “I’m excited for the opportunity to be at the Northeastern Center as CFO as I believe the services provided in our local communities are vital. I felt excited for the future of the organization and the alignment with my work history, and I look forward to helping NEC grow and evolve to continue to provide necessary services to our community.”
